FOR SCALING E-COMMERCE €1–10M / YEAR

We migrate and scale stores that are holding back your growth.

PrestaShop that can't handle the traffic. WooCommerce held together by plugins. Legacy custom code with nobody left to maintain it. We rebuild it without losing your Google rankings and without sales downtime — or we pay contractual penalties.

A store that scales for 3 years doesn't need to be “rewritten from scratch” every 18 months.

— OUR WORK PHILOSOPHY

We work with stores in industries from enterprise B2B to D2C lifestyle

SOUND FAMILIAR

Four situations in which we step in most often.

I. MIGRATION

Your store has outgrown the platform it runs on.

Falling conversion, long TTFB, integrations held together with duct tape, developers saying “better to write it from scratch”. Except that writing from scratch without losing SEO and sales is a completely different craft than a greenfield project.

II. SCALING

Further growth requires technology you don't have in your team.

Headless, PIM, custom ERP/WMS integrations, catalog automation, marketplace sync. Each of these projects on its own blocks growth by 6–12 months.

III. B2B + B2C

One store has to serve wholesalers and end customers.

Two price lists, two catalogs, two purchasing processes — but one source of data. Standard boxed platforms can't handle that without heavy customization. Sylius and PrestaShop can — provided someone knows how to design them properly.

IV. SUPPORT

The agency that implemented your store disappeared after launch.

And you were left with code nobody wants to touch and hosting nobody wants to support. We take over projects from other agencies — with an audit, an SLA and a plan for fixing technical debt.

Cooperation model

We work with clients in two stages.

Our model has a clear sequence, visible in every long-term relationship in our portfolio. First we deliver a specific project — a migration or an implementation. Then we stay with you as your permanent technology team. The average length of the second phase in our portfolio is 3,4 years.

Stage one · Project

Migration or implementation

The first phase has a clear beginning, middle and end. We deliver it fixed-price with a defined duration and a specific deliverable. You choose one of two scenarios depending on where you are right now.

Scenario A

02.
Stage two · Support and Maintenance

We stay with you as a permanent team

The second phase starts on the day the store goes live — or immediately, when a client with an existing store joins without a migration. You choose one of two levels of ongoing care depending on the scale of your business. Every client has access to Gorilla Panel with transparent insight into hours used, task status, invoices and reports.

Five reasons why companies that can't afford to get it wrong choose us.

Each of the differentiators below addresses a different psychological concern a client has when deciding whether to entrust an agency with a 150-450k PLN project, or with many months of care over a store generating the company's key revenue.

01

SEO-first migration methodology

We plan every migration SEO-first from the first sprint — with a technical audit, URL mapping, core web vitals optimization and 90 days of post-launch monitoring included in the price. In our migrations the average drop in organic traffic is below 3%, while the industry benchmark is 15-30%.

Average relationship length 3,4 years

We're not an agency that disappears after the implementation. Our clients stay with us on average three point four years after the first project. KMK Klinkier has been on a Growth Retainer for 3+ years. That means we design with the long term in mind — code your team will understand in five years.

05

Sixteen active partnerships

Operational ones with Shopify, PrestaShop, Base, Shoper, payment integrators (tpay, PayU, paynow), Furgonetka and TrustMate. Every partnership is a direct line to the vendor's support when something goes wrong in production at three in the morning.

Selected projects that best tell who we are.

We have over fifty implementations in our portfolio. We chose these six not because they are the largest, but because they show six fundamentally different stories. Four platforms. Six industries. From D2C lifestyle to enterprise B2B with trade credits.

AI in e-commerce · Concrete deployments

Three real AI deployments already working for our clients.

Most agencies talk about AI in the future tense. We're showing three concrete use cases we've deployed with real clients. Each one solves a specific business problem in a store — it's not a technology demo for the sake of technology.

01 · OpenAI GPT-4 · Omnichannel

Assistant for self-checkouts in brick-and-mortar stores.

The customer is standing at a self-checkout, can't find a product, has a question about a promotion or can't scan a code. Instead of asking an employee, they talk to an AI assistant integrated with the POS system and the product database. The deployment increases checkout throughput and takes load off store staff.

AI
Yes, until 23:59 today. You have 2 in your cart, I'm adding the third free.
02 · Computer Vision · E-commerce

Object recognition as the store's search engine.

The customer takes a photo of the product they want to buy — it can be a competitor's product, a product from a stock photo in their apartment, or a photo from social media. The model recognizes the object in the photo and finds the most similar products in the store's catalog. Conversion from visual search is 4-7x higher than from a typical text search.

98% Modena leather armchair 2 890 PLN
92% Capri armchair, brown 2 450 PLN
87% Vintage Roma armchair 3 120 PLN
03 · LLM + Data warehouse

Analysis of purchase data and an LLM as a Business Analyst.

Your purchase data (orders, products, customers, abandoned carts, marketing campaigns) feeds an LLM that answers the store owner's questions in natural language. Instead of waiting weeks for a report from an analyst, you ask "what caused the conversion drop on Wednesday" and get an answer in 30 seconds.

INSIGHT · 2 hours ago
The −14% conversion drop on Wednesday comes from three factors. First, the Meta campaign from the "Returning" group had a 38% higher CPC than the week's average. Second, between 14–17 the store had an API slowdown from the payment provider. Third, 23% of abandoned carts involved products with delayed delivery marked as "coming soon".

We do custom AI integrations for mid-market and enterprise stores.

We start every deployment with a data audit and mapping of a specific business problem. We don't deploy AI for the sake of AI.

Let's talk AI in your store

Questions that hear most often.

How much does a store migration cost?

+
Migrating a mid-market store (5-20 million PLN turnover) is typically 150-250k PLN fixed-price. An enterprise migration (above 20 million PLN) is 200-400k PLN. Migrating legacy PHP to Symfony can reach 450k PLN because the business logic has to be rebuilt. The price depends on the size of the catalog, the integrations, custom functionality and the target platform.

What about Google rankings during a migration?

+
This is our clients' biggest concern and our strongest specialization. We plan every migration SEO-first from the first sprint — with a full technical audit, one-to-one URL mapping, a redirect map validated by an SEO specialist. After launch we monitor organic traffic for 90 days, included in the price. In our migrations the average drop is less than 3%, while the industry benchmark is 15-30%.

What is Gorilla Panel?

+
Gorilla Panel is a dedicated platform we make available to every one of our clients after signing a cooperation agreement. From the panel you have constant insight into the hours used from your package, the status of all tasks currently in progress, monthly reports of the work delivered, invoices, contracts and satisfaction surveys. The panel also contains a topical blog with substantive industry content. The goal is simple — we eliminate the need to look for information in emails and to ask us about the status of work.

Do you actually deploy AI in stores, or do you just write about it?

+
We deploy specific AI use cases for real clients. The three most common are a self-checkout assistant with OpenAI for brick-and-mortar stores (omnichannel), object recognition in photos as a visual search engine (computer vision), and purchase data analysis combined with an LLM as a Business Analyst for the store owner. We start every deployment with a data audit and mapping of a specific business problem — we don't deploy AI for the sake of AI.

How do I choose between an SLA package and the Growth Retainer?

+
The decision depends on the scale of your business and the depth of your needs. SLA packages (Basic, Advanced, Premium, from 950 to 3800 PLN per month) are for smaller stores, typically up to five million PLN in annual turnover. The Growth Retainer (from 12 to 45k PLN per month) is for mid-market and enterprise stores with turnover above ten million PLN. Many of our clients start with the Advanced or Premium package and over time move to the Growth Retainer as the company grows.

Do you have partnerships with platform vendors?

+
Yes, we have more than fifteen active operational partnerships. The most important are: With platforms: Shopify, PrestaShop, Base, Shoper. With payment integrators: tpay, PayU, paynow. With operational tools: Furgonetka and TrustMate. We don't have a formal partnership with Sylius, even though Sylius is one of the platforms we work on most often — that's a deliberate decision of an independent expert whose competence is proven by a portfolio of deployments.

Your store is ready for a conversation?

The first step is a free audit — we show you where your store is losing money and what specifically can be fixed. We don't sell anything on the first call. If it turns out we're not right for each other, we'll recommend someone else.
