How long do I wait for a response?

Standardly, we respond within 24 hours on business days. If your inquiry is urgent (e.g. your store is down), state that clearly in the description — we'll try to prioritize it. In very unusual situations (e.g. seasonal holidays), a maximum of 48 hours. If you haven't heard back after 48 hours, your message probably ended up in spam — call us directly in that case.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes, always. The first call is typically 30 minutes online (Google Meet, Teams, Zoom) or at our office in Rzeszów if you prefer to meet in person. No cost, no obligation, no sales pressure. The outcome of the call is a concrete recommendation — either our offer, or a referral to another provider if we're not the right fit for your needs.

Do we sign an NDA before the conversation?

Yes, at the client's request. We have a standard mutual NDA (protecting both sides) that we send for signature before the call. Most of our clients prefer to sign the NDA only once there's a concrete project offer, but that's your call. If your situation requires special discretion from the start, we'll sign the NDA before the first conversation.

Do you serve clients outside of Poland?

Yes. We work with clients across the entire European Union (mainly Germany, Czechia, Slovakia, the Baltic states), the UK, and the US. We invoice in PLN, EUR, or USD. Our standard working language is Polish or English, native-level in both. For larger international projects we work fully in English, with technical documentation in English as well.

How large are our target projects?

Our sweet spot is projects with an $34-190k implementation budget plus a $5-19k monthly retainer. We take on smaller projects (under $25k budget) selectively — we recommend smaller agencies that specialize in micro-businesses for those. Larger projects (over $210k) we run in an enterprise model, with a dedicated team of 6+ people over 6-12 months.
