What does Shopify Plus really cost?

The Shopify Plus license is $2,200/month (about PLN 9,000) plus 0.15% of transaction volume (capped). Plus App Store app fees (typically $200-800/month for a mid-market store with 5-10 apps). Plus Shopify Payments gateway fees (1.4-2.4% per transaction). The real cost of running Shopify Plus for a store with PLN 20M revenue is typically PLN 15-25k/month all in.

Is Shopify Plus suitable for B2B?

It can be, but it's not its strong suit. Shopify Plus has B2B functionality (customer-specific pricing, trade credit), but it requires apps and custom configuration. For pure B2B mid-market, Sylius is the better choice. Shopify Plus B2B works well for hybrid models (B2C as the main business plus a smaller B2B segment).

Do you have an official Shopify partnership?

Yes, Shopify Plus is built for enterprise — some Shopify Plus stores have billions in annual revenue. Horizontal scaling is automatic (it's SaaS), but it requires well-thought-out app configuration and custom code. We have experience with Shopify Plus stores up to about PLN 50M in annual revenue. Above that, Shopify has dedicated resources for truly large stores.
