Strefa Urody
Online drugstore with hundreds of brands
An IdoSell store for one of the largest online drugstores: navigation by category and brand, bestsellers, an outlet and fast InPost Pay checkout. Strefa Urody is one of the largest online drugstores in Poland. It offers products from more than 400 manufacturers, presented by category and brand. It sells through its own store and on Empik. Customers get a points-based loyalty program, free delivery from PLN 159 and 30 days to return.
- Hundreds of brands in one store. With so many manufacturers, customers easily get lost. The store had to let them reach a product quickly, either by category or by brand.
- Mass-market customers with different habits. Some know exactly what they want, others browse offers and promotions. Navigation had to serve both groups.
- Heavy traffic and a wide catalog. A mass-market drugstore lives on volume. The store had to run smoothly with a large number of products and visits.
- Clearances and end-of-line items. Drugstores regularly have short-dated products or discontinued lines. They needed a separate, visible place.
- A fast checkout. In cosmetics, baskets are often small and decisions quick. Every extra step at payment increases the risk of cart abandonment.
- A reason to come back. Drugstore customers easily compare prices and switch to competitors. The store needed tools that encourage repeat purchases in the same place.
- IdoSell as the platform. We chose IdoSell because it handles large catalogs and high traffic well. It also comes with ready-made tools for promotions, a loyalty program and courier integrations.
- Navigation by category and brand. We designed two equal routes to each product. Customers pick a category, such as facial care, or go straight to their favorite brand.
- A bestsellers section. The top-selling products are highlighted in a dedicated place. Customers who do not know where to start get a ready suggestion.
- Outlet. End-of-line items and discounted products have their own section. Bargain hunters land there right away, and the store rotates stock efficiently.
- InPost Pay. We connected a fast payment method where customers do not have to enter their address details with every purchase. It shortens the path from cart to order.
- Loyalty features. A wishlist and a points program encourage customers to return. They build their own product list and come back to it on their next purchase.
- A blog to support choices. Advice content helps customers pick the right product and leads straight to store pages. It is an extra entry point from search engines for people still looking for a solution.
- Product pages built for cosmetics. Ingredients and a description of how the product works have a fixed place on the page. Shoppers compare products without searching a long description.
What we built it with.
Offer and traffic analysis
We reviewed the category structure and the brand list. We identified the paths customers most often use to look for cosmetics.
Store architecture
We designed the category tree, brand pages and the bestsellers and outlet sections. We made sure each of them is accessible from the main menu.
IdoSell build
We configured the store, template and catalog structures. We set up product pages for cosmetics, with space for ingredients and a description of how the product works.
Payments and delivery
We connected InPost Pay and set up free delivery rules from PLN 159. We checked the purchase path on mobile and desktop.
Testing and launch
We tested navigation, filters and checkout with the full catalog. We checked that promotional sections correctly display current products.
What changed.

Got a wide catalog and many brands?
Show us your store, and we will propose navigation and a checkout that make shopping easier for your customers. If you run a store with hundreds of brands, navigation matters more than a flashy homepage. Customers must reach a product by the route they know: through the brand or through their need. In the mass market, fast payment and visible deals have a big impact on conversion. A platform like IdoSell provides these tools out of the box, so you can spend your time on the offer structure and features that bring customers back.
