01 Challenge and approach

A wide furniture and home-accessories catalog with no sales platform of its own
- The Katowice-based brand needed an online store covering chairs, bar stools, footstools, coat racks, and wall clocks in one organized catalog.
- A large part of the range (upholstered, velvet, and swivel bar stools) needed clear presentation of color and material variants without confusing shoppers.
- Higher order values typical of furniture called for an installment-payment option to avoid losing customers on bigger purchases.

- We built the store on our own Gorilla Commerce platform, with a cart, wishlist, and product ratings.
- We implemented 360° product views for selected items, making it easier to judge upholstered furniture before buying.
- We set up installment payments and an interior-design advice blog to support purchase decisions.
