Upholstered furniture with 3D models

Moderno Meble makes sofas and corner sofas in Bolesławiec. We built a store with room-based navigation and a 3D model section that helps shoppers assess furniture online. Moderno Meble is an upholstered furniture manufacturer from Bolesławiec: sofas, corner sofas, armchairs and living room sets. The range also includes solid wood furniture. The company runs its own production and its own transport. Besides the modernomeble.pl store, it also sells through BRW.pl.

× Before
  • A catalog organized by room. Customers furnish a specific space: a living room, bedroom, bathroom or teen room. The store had to let them look for furniture the way they think about their home.
  • Upholstery judged through a screen. With a sofa or corner sofa, shape, proportions and fabric are what count. Without visualization, upholstered furniture is hard to assess online.
  • Choosing the fabric. The same model can come in different fabrics, such as velour, corduroy or bouclé. Customers want to compare them before ordering, because the fabric determines the look, feel and care of the piece.
  • An expensive purchase. A living room set is a major expense. Customers need flexible payment options and confidence about delivery. With bulky furniture, it also matters who will carry it in and assemble it.
  • A manufacturer, not a middleman. In-house production and transport are an advantage that needs to be shown. Customers should know they are buying directly from the maker.
→ Our approach

A catalog with room-based navigation and 3D models

  • Navigation by category and by room. We built two routes to each product: by furniture type and by room. A customer looking for "something for the living room" and one looking for "a corner sofa" reach the same place by different paths.
  • A 3D model section. We added a section where customers view 3D models of the furniture. They can rotate a sofa or corner sofa and check its shape from every side before ordering. It is easier to picture how the piece will fill a specific space.
  • Fabric as key information. A fabric comparison lets customers set velour, corduroy and bouclé side by side. They see the differences before choosing a variant. A side-by-side comparison is clearer than flicking through photos one at a time.
  • Payments suited to a big purchase. The store offers 0% installments and 30-day deferred payment. Customers can spread the cost or pay after the furniture arrives. Both options lower the barrier to ordering a full living room set.
  • Manufacturer services in plain sight. The assembly service and fast delivery section are prominently displayed in the store. This highlights the advantage of a company with its own production and transport.
  • Consistency with other channels. The brand also sells through BRW.pl. Its own store makes it possible to show the full range and the manufacturer's services in one place.
  • One product, two paths. A corner sofa appears both in the corner sofas category and in the living room, without being duplicated in the admin panel. The team manages a single product, and customers reach it from either side.
  • A product page built for decisions. Fabric variants, payment options and delivery information are all in one place. From the 3D model, customers go straight to ordering.

Do you make furniture and want to sell direct?

We will build a store where customers can assess furniture online as well as in a showroom. People buying furniture think about their interior, not about category names. Give them two routes to the product: by room and by furniture type. For upholstered furniture, 3D visualization and fabric comparison replace a showroom visit. If you are a manufacturer, say so clearly: in-house production, transport and assembly are arguments a middleman does not have.
