- Laboratorium Genetix, a real genetic-testing lab in Rzeszów, offers DNA testing and molecular diagnostics with roughly a week's turnaround.
- Customers needed a way to order a test online, without an in-person visit as the first step.
- The company wanted to pair test sales with patient education, to improve result comprehension and engagement.
