For the Autotronic brand, we created a modern online store based on the PrestaShop engine, dedicated to the sale of alternators, starters, and automotive components. The platform combines the functionality of an advanced product catalog with an intuitive sales system, serving both retail customers and workshops. This solution allows for easy management of thousands of product indices and enables the expansion of the offer to foreign markets.

Challenge

Autotronic, as a supplier of specialized spare parts, needed a stable and efficient store capable of handling the presentation of a complex technical offer. Key to the project was combining:

  • a clear design that builds trust and highlights the brand’s professionalism,
  • advanced navigation allowing customers to quickly find a precisely matched part,
  • scalability enabling support for multiple currencies and languages for customers across Europe.

The goal of the project was to create a sales tool that not only facilitates purchasing but also serves as a technical knowledge base thanks to detailed product specifications.

Our Solution

We proposed the PrestaShop platform, which, thanks to its modular structure and high performance, is perfectly suited for the automotive industry. It provides Autotronic with full control over the assortment and the ability to easily expand with new features.

Key implementation elements:

  • Dedicated graphic design – a technical, clean design that facilitates navigation through a rich assortment.
  • Advanced category tree – intuitive division into alternators, starters, and components, speeding up the purchasing path.
  • Foreign markets support – implementation of multiple language versions (PL, EN, CS) and support for various currencies (PLN, EUR, USD, CZK).
  • Blog section – a “News” module supporting SEO and customer education in the field of vehicle mechanics.
  • Responsiveness (RWD) – the store is fully adapted to mobile devices, enabling convenient ordering of parts, e.g., directly from the workshop.
